As a Louisiana native, I know what authentic Cajun cuisine tastes like, and I've been impressed during my two visits here. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly. So far, I've tried the seafood gumbo and shrimp, both of which were delicious. I'm considering trying the baby back ribs on my next visit, and I plan to explore more Cajun dishes thereafter. This is our favorite spot to dine when we visit Port A. My husband can't get enough of the dirty rice, and I'm a huge fan of the shrimp!
Recommended for large groups or small! Every year we bring a group of 54 to eat from work after a day of fishing. We always sit with great service. Food is served quickly and is delicious! Ten years running and we'll be back next year. One has to stop when you're in Port Aransas, TX.
My father and I have been here multiple times over the years. The food is always great and the staff is attentive.
