Absolutely easily the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Not only did it take us hours to receive our food. When we finally received the appetizers they were extremely cold. Main course took forever. Restaurant followed no form of Covid Protocols, No Sanitizers, Bathrooms are mess, not even tissue paper or hand papers in them. Great ambiance, great tasting food and drinks. Great friendly staff . Great location on the outskirts of Port Antonio. A must stop experience
Nice atmosphere. The wait for the food was well worth it, delicious. Server was attentive, checked on us while we waited. Will be back when in Port Antonio.
