Rating: 4.5 stars. This was definitely one of the best pho experiences we've had outside of Asia. We ordered takeout while on a road trip near Crescent Lake and enjoyed it on a rainy evening. What User doesn't like about Pho New Saigon:
The food was good, and the portion sizes were satisfying. I was able to finish my meal in a timely manner. My only concern is that the hot food was served in styrofoam containers, which can be harmful. It would be great if there were an option to choose paper containers instead. I would be willing to pay an extra dollar or two for that. View all feedback.

We also tried the boba tea and spring rolls, which were great as well, though the spring rolls could have used a bit more sauce.
My friends and I were drenched, freezing, and very hungry after being caught in a downpour while hiking. The amazing staff took care of us, offering us hot, delicious food despite us arriving just before closing. The pho and salad rolls were outstanding. I can't wait to come back!
We absolutely adore our local pho restaurant. The owners are incredibly friendly, and the food is fantastic!
I've tried Pho in many places, and what was offered here was a bland broth lacking the authentic flavors of Pho. The staff was friendly, but overall, this experience was quite disappointing. If you're looking for good Pho, it's best to wait until you're in Seattle.
