We’ve had many family gatherings ,get togethers and employee parties at joshuas they have excellent desserts and the bar area is really great we’re not related to anyone there and even went to joshuas when it was downtown, they truly care and the food is the best .plus they are here for the long haul and the service and staff have been highly dedicated.they don’t seem to have a high turnover just xtra help in summers.... What Amanda L doesn't like about Joshua's Lounge:
Not worth the stop. Service poor and very slow. The place was MAYBE half full and it was like pulling teeth to get drinks and food. Coffee refills took forever. We got our breakfast with hash browns and had to wait for ketchup and wait for toast. My food was nearly half done before toast came. I had scrambled eggs and they were bland and watery. My bacon was very crunchy (I like it this but some do not). Hash browns... View all feedback.

We just went recently with all the requirements in place they were above and beyond .
Delicious, family food. Fifties Sixties ambiance and music pre-COVID. Plus every dish excellent. Nice staff. Even with COVID, we need our turkey fix every other week.
Always good, fresh, very good service. Joshua's never disappoints. I go once a week, try the chowder, it's superb.
This was one of the only places open in Port Angeles at 8:00 on a Monday. They were very friendly. We got the salmon and mash potatoes, chicken strips and fries, and the chowder. We also got a glass of wine, a slice of apple pie and a strawberry sundae. The chowder was ok it had a very strong bacon flavor so if you're into that you'll enjoy it. The salmon was cooked well and tasted good. The chicken strips were as good as you can get. The strawberry sundae was huge and they warm the apple pie for you. It's a true and classic diner and feels very welcoming and has a great overall vibe.
