That said, I did experience the best smoothie I've ever had from this location this morning, between 9:30 and 10 AM. My reason for giving a three-star rating stems from a frustrating experience I had when I called the store to compliment them and ask who made my smoothie. They refused to disclose the name of the person who made it, claiming they didn't know. It’s quite baffling and doesn’t make much sense. Because of this, I can’t justify giving a five-star rating despite the delicious smoothie.

We first tried to use the drive-thru, but no one responded, so we went inside to see what was happening. To our surprise, we found the staff playing on their phones instead of attending to the drive-thru. When we entered the restaurant, we noticed that they prioritized serving the drive-thru customers, even though we had been waiting longer. It was the worst service I've ever experienced!

I was not pleased with my last few visits to the restaurant. My app wouldn’t scan, and trying to enter my cell number didn’t work either. This morning, on April 22nd, I ordered a chocolate leaner, but when it arrived, I was surprised that the girl didn’t know what a chocolate leaner was. When I clarified, she said she recognized it. I visit this place every day, so I mentioned that they should have chocolate available, but was told they were out. I thanked her and left disappointed.

Whether you go through the Drive-Thru or visit this Smoothie King location is ALWAYS an experience. Usually it is the highlight of my Friday morning. My smoothies ALWAYS taste great! But the staff will deal with this SK. They are consistently efficient, friendly and friendly. To the owner if you? Read this... please, give them their flowers?

Smoothies are really good and I love the Caribbean Way...I was just wondering if y?all could somehow get me a free one any size but free cause I think they are to high?plus the last one I had was very watery but still good
