Pizza Hut - Port Allen

I understand that this place is get a lot of BAD reviews. Now I understand why. I place my order for delivery at 2:30pm and never received my food, when I called MULTIPLE times, I kept getting the run around until I finally spoke to the manager to get my refund, which was three hours later. I wouldn?t recommend any food from this location to my worst enemy. Their customer service is terrible and after reading all these reviews, I know why. Pizza Hut is usually good t ok their customers but this particular location really sucks.

The clerk welcomed me in the warmest, most genuine fashion! She was truly lovely. You could totally tell upon obversation of the crew in the kitchen that the entire team worked very efficiently together. I bet it 's excellent working for that location. My pizza took a bit longer than she originally quoted, but I noticed that there was a very large order ahead of mine, so that 's likely the reason (they were beginning to get rather busy when I arrived . And of course, as always, the pizza slapped. We tried the scrumptious Edge pizza with lots of pepperoni and bell peppers and it was fabulous. The crust was perfect, and there was a delightful addition of dried Italian herbs dusted over the whole thing! Pizza Hut 's pizza will forever have the most delicious pizza out of all the chains : I should have taken a photo, but that became quite the challenge, as my boyfriend and I inhaled the entire pie in about ten minutes!

I suggest ordering pizza from anywhere but this place. We waited over an hour for delivery to the LaQuinta hotel, and when it finally arrived, it was warm but completely undercooked—almost raw (see pictures). We spent $30 on a pizza and a side of cheese sticks for two people, and we could barely manage to eat two slices between us. I'm very disappointed.

I went to pick up my order, which was supposed to be ready at 8:05 p.m., but the store was closed. I couldn't reach anyone by phone to get a refund for the pizza I never received. I want my refund now!

I ordered my pizzas ahead of time because they were set to be ready 45 minutes after I actually needed them. When I arrived at noon, I asked if they could make the order early. Unfortunately, it took 40 minutes to prepare, and when I finally got the food, the cheesesticks were burnt and the pizzas were stale. I work just across the street, so the food should have stayed fresh during the quick two-minute drive back to feed my employees, but it was clearly not fresh at all.
