I placed an online order and the order was ready in the requested time frame. I was greeted upon entry and was updated on the status of my order. I stepped outside for a call an Adrian brought my pizza to the door. The team members represented Pizza Hut in a professional and caring manner.

The one was extremely rude, she hung up on me after me, and not even getting a chance to say my order at all, I had tried to order 2 large pizzas and cinnamon sticks. She was completely rude unprofessional, when she asked me for my phone number, she straight up, made a rude noise, then proceeded to tell me, ma 'am, are u gonna place a order because I have like many other orders to fill but on the live feed that google map shows u there not busy at all it says and best believe that I will never be ordering from there again, they stay, it sucks, all I ask for was like for was 2 large pizzas and cinnamon sticks like really. It 's a pure outrage. ???

Order pizza ad wings at 11:30 am and was to be delivered by Pizza Hut through door dash. 1 pm and the order still had not picked up at the store. I called the store and they told me I needed to call the door dasher to see where she was. I called and no answer (Texas number). I called them back to let them know I got no answer and I ordered from them, not door dash and I canceled the order. First and last time ordering from here.
