My friend and I ordered nachos as an appetizer. I encountered an issue with the nachos I received, so I returned right away to speak with the managers on duty. They were both very friendly and professional. They addressed my concern quickly and efficiently. What User doesn't like about Tahoe Spur Steak Ranch:
They have a lovely kiddies play area with a jungle gym, a little rock climbing wall and trampolines. The staff was very friendly and didn't hover, but remained attentive to when they were needed. The desserts here weren't great the first time I reviewed, but through the hard work of management and their team, they are now decadent, moist, and bursting with flavour, so definitely try them out. I absolutely love this Spur! The staff and management always greet us with a warm welcome, and the food is consistently prepared exactly how we like it!
Very bad service and my family and I always eat there but I think its much better at night night management very nice day staff poor no one come to...
The staff and service were outstanding. When my 5-year-old son accidentally dropped his glass and cut his foot, the team responded immediately and handled the situation with great care. They made everything right and ensured we felt comfortable and taken care of.
