The staff were friendly and gave quick service. The young girl came around and wiped the top of the tables but did not bother to sweep the bench seats or the chips off the floor. I guess she had tunnel vision when it came to cleaning. What User doesn't like about Kfc:
Went to KFC Pt Adelaide today. The dining area had not been cleaned for a few hours. The tables were dirty, food on the floor, papers on the floor. The chicken burger was tough and chewy. The female toilet was covered with water. Not sure if staff had been in to clean it today. I know it was probably because of the massive rains last night but still not good enough. Ordered through delivery. They messed up the order, didn’t include everything. So I called them, they can’t do anything but offer a store credit. There’s a reason why I ordered this as a delivery they can’t redeliver or even do a refund. If you can’t offer anything but a store credit then checking orders are correct before they get sent out is the way to go, no?
Went to dine in today and due to covid 19 every second seating area was marked not to sit at. All other tables were taken so we decided to eat outside. I asked that the outside table be cleaned for us. We were at the restaurant for 20-30 minutes and during this time i did not see a covid marshall and there was no active cleaning happening anywhere. l would expect that tables would at least be cleaned between customers. Also we were given our order with no utensils and incorrect items. Not good enough KFC!!
Received a wrong order and it was cold and greasy! The fries were unseasoned and were very soggy. The restaurant looked like it needed a good clean.
I don’t have a car and I want some chicken. Open ur damn restaurant. KFC is for people who can’t afford a car. Be there for us.
All jokes aside, I dont do take out that often but your family feast was shocking. 10 of the smallest pieces of chicken squashed into a small box. The value has gone down, very dissapointing. Each piece still had the great kfv flavour we all love , but the size of your chicken has shrunk. More like spatchcock. Come on kfc .. brink bag the big chook .
