A disappointing experience. It started with it being very confusing to know where we could sit. When we were to order, the payment part of the app didn't work, so we had to order inside. This seemed to be our fault, although there were several others who had the same problem. She who stood at the checkout and took orders, seemed almost a little concerned about this. No smiling service exactly there. Ordered steak, which was delivered cold. It seemed as if it had been on hold, because the potatoes were the only hot ones on the plates. This was a huge disappointment. On an otherwise beautifully prepared and prepared dish. Then ordered dessert (créme brulée), which bore the mark of a bad time. The sugar was not melted, but a soft grainy gooey. There is plenty of room for improvement here. Ordered wine at the same time as dessert. It only came when we were almost done. Why, I don't know. No communication with the waiters. No one asked if the food tasted good, if there should be anything more or anything like that. That you had to pay every time you ordered, and didn't get a bill at the end, was also a new experience for me. I think a restaurant should take better care of its customers, so it is tempting to repeat. Here I we are left with the impression that this is a half-hearted place. Hugely disappointing experience which, after all, cost a couple of thousand kroner. Will not recommend this restaurant, after this experience. Then there are too many other better options nearby.

Ok food. Prizing a bit stiff considering the food. Im not saying the food is bad But i expect more. Nicely located by the river. Smakless mat, poor service, staff who cannot smile and practically are blind when the barking stream clear table and we must clear them. The Mat came alldri at the same time. Great restaurant. Perfect location by the water. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and tasty pizza. Next time I visit Porsgrunn, I'll be back.
