Well it wouldn’t be my first or second pick in town but some time the weather let you down... The pizza was okish though not enough sauce, cheese or spices. The pasta was really below par (over cooked and not tasty sauce), in fact, the waitress confirmed they only heat it .. the only light was with the lasagna. View all feedback.
The food was microwaved and tasted really bad. We were 6 people and ordered 2 dishes each and everything was ready to eat microwave food except the pizza which was OK. Good location and nice place to sit and drink a beer. DO NOT EAT!!

This dining experience was the worst I have ever had in the Italian lake area. What was planned to be a quick lunch turned into 90minute wait for only half of the order to turn up. First we waited 30minutes for our drinks with no greeting or apology about the wait, as the food was taking longer and longer with several enquiries no-one came to apologize or offer us any more drinks. Finally when the mediocre pizzas arrived, they were thrust on the table again with no apology. Settlement of the bill was equally dissatisfying. Don't even think of going to this restaurant.
The moment we walked in we had terrible service. Not welcoming or wanting to be accommodating. It’s right on the lake so a great spot but the food was beyond poor. We had the tagliatelle bolognese, salmon pasta, aubergine, tomato and mozzarella which was like chewing a tyre and the pasta portions were child sized and even my slim child was left hungry. We spilt some water and they didn’t offer a napkin just tried to give me a basket of bread whilst we were sorting it out. There are much better alternatives either side so I would avoid unless perhaps you order a pizza and are desperate!
We ordered two toasts and a pizza and were told by a very unfriendly waitress that the wait time is 40 minutes, at least. A great pizza takes 20 minutes and a toast less than 10. Only because there was a table of 4 kids with pizzas in their hands, I can't imagine the chef being overtasked. Maybe it was the unfriendly waitress that made us just get up and leave for the other adjacent Bar where we were very well served. Good luck if you decided to visit Tris Bar!
