What Giuls doesn't like about Caffè Letterario:
The place is very small and today, certainly due to the Christmas markets, it was too messy. I didn't appreciate having given me the receipt only after my request that I wanted to have it. The receipt is ALWAYS issued. In the bathroom, however, there was no soap and the light had also immediately turned off, I assume automatically, and, despite my thousand strokes in the air, I was still left in the dark.
