The environment is not the most captivating and the background noise could be a bit of an obstacle to conversation, given the slightly small space, but the quality of the pizza is indisputable: light and tasty dough with excellent cooking; the tomato and the condiments in general are absolutely not acidic as unfortunately happens in most other pizzerias; simple and optimal presentation; BEST PIZZA IN PIOMBINO HANDS LOW!!! The service was rapid despite the place being full and on a Saturday evening, however, when asked what types of desserts were present, one of the staff members gave summary answers which did not really invite us to purchase (which is of very little importance, because in any case I left more than satisfied, even just for the quality/price ratio of the pizza), but those few euros more than the cost of a dessert could generate some extra revenue for the owners. It was definitely a nice discovery. It is not a gourmet pizzeria and does not pretend to be one in the slightest, which in these times when everyone is a master gourmet can only be appreciated, because, with great humility, they know how to do their job and they also do it very well. I definitely plan to go back, maybe on a weekday. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Pizza Napoletana, Pizza Naviganti
