I ate a chimichanga at Arturos in Oct of 2023 and wasn't very impressed. However, I decided to try Arturos again, and I had the triple fajitas this time. The fajitas were a bit different than the fajitas I've had at other Mexican restaurants. The portion size was just adequate for me, but there definitely wasn't anything to take home. It was our first time coming to this restaurant. We were told we could sit ourselves at any table. We waited a long time for a server to come to our table and take our drink and food orders. The food was okay. The chips they give you with salsa were very salty. My food was not very hot when I received it as if it sat there for a while in the kitchen. I ordered a steak burrito. My first time here. The staff was great. They were very attentive. The food came out fast and was great. My only knock on the place was they didn't have any music so that affected the ambience.
EXCELLENT FOOD, PEOPLE AND DRINK. You get your money's worth with food, never left empty handed always have left overs (tonight even got advice on reheating! Use your air fryer can't wait to try tomorrow! Perfect for sharing especially when it's a 14' burrito. If you are looking for excellence in Mexican cuisine or even a TOTALLY AWESOME BURGER, You can't beat Arturo's. Best burger in Boone County. What makes it more enjoyable is that it's family run, even better friendly, happy family. Thank you Arturo's for serving the best Mexican food we've had since leaving Chicago!
Arturo's is an amazing place to get authentic Mexican food! Also, yes have the best Margaritas!
Arturos burger are the nest of all Illinois. Theres no compere to there flavor and quality. I cant let go to much time with out one arturos burger.
The food at this restaurant is exceptional, with generous portions at a reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
