Although we found it without looking for it, it is a small but very nice campsite with all the services and very good treatment from the staff. We went with a small shop and the price was €3 for the shop plus €8 per person. We will repeat if we have the opportunity View all feedback.

Unfortunately, I have to conclude that the campsite does not currently live up to what the website and the reviews suggest. The playground was no longer there, the consumption room was closed, and the sanitary facilities had not been cleaned for some time. Beautiful quiet campsite with beautiful views and good sanitary facilities. Unfortunately the eatery was closed but you could have a drink. Nearby activities: As a beer fan you can go in many directions, including the hop fields, the hop museum in Poperinge, St. Sixtus Abbey in Westvleteren, St. Bernardus brewery in Watou, Mont des Cats Abbey in Godewaersvelde, the Kazematten brewery in Ypres, and even more diverse regional breweries. There is also a lot of nature around the IJzer (dead IJzer walk), Mont des Cats, Blankaart, Palingbeek domain and close to the beaches of Nieuwpoort, but also an hour's drive from Cap Blanc-Nez and Griz in France with beautiful cliffs and views of England . And for history fans, there are plenty of traces of the First World War, such as the many cemeteries, trenches such as the death trench at Diksmuide, the high crater museum and the Flanders fields museum in Ypres. Noteworthy details: You sleep among the chickens and you have Fidel the horse as a neighbor. Beautiful, quiet spot with a beautiful view of Poperinge and Mont des Cats (FR). Neat sanitary facilities and regularly had a nice beer with Emmanuel (the host)!

Blissful place, more than hospitable host. Very quiet and clean. We were there for 1 night but will definitely come back Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value
