The staff at Subway remember my two favorite orders perfectly, which is impressive since I’m not a regular. They’re incredibly friendly and always willing to chat while you wait, something I really enjoy. I often catch myself smiling before I even step inside because I know what a great experience awaits.
I believe the negative reviews stem from the fact that many satisfied customers don’t take the time to share their experiences. This particular Subway is family-owned and offers a cozy, inviting environment. Like another reviewer mentioned, the staff even remembers my order, even though I don’t come by frequently.
