When I go early in the morning service is good but sometimes my order is wrong or they forget parts of my order. However the service just received this evening was horrible. One employee specifically did not want to help us and was making jokes with the other about it in front of us. I will not be going back there. View all feedback.
When I go early in the morning service is good but sometimes my order is wrong or they forget parts of my order. However the service just received this evening was horrible. Worst customer service experience ever. Fire the whole team. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through and when I pulled up to the windows they had no clue what my order was. This location is horrible. Don't come to this location.
8 times out of 10, u get aggressive employees. They seem to always forget pieces of your order in the drive thru despite charging you for everything. Ex: if u order avocado toast with bacon in drive thru, they will not give u bacon when giving u the food nor provide you a reciept. They will then demand you to reread the food label provided on the food container after refusing to provide a receipt for the order a second time. Then begrudgingly take the food to the back to fix the error. No apology, all hostility.
Consistantly rude staff and I never get what I order and pay for. Never experienced worse customer service.
This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had at a Dunkin. Management needs to take a closer look at the employees who work here.My husband and I stopped at this dunkin for a black coffee and a few donuts. We were the only customers in the store at the time. We ordered a black coffee at the register and the barista rolled her eyes at me while I made my order. Afterwards, we waited almost 20 minutes for her to fill the order, but she was texting the entire time and not filling the order. My husband then asked what was happening and she acted like she had no idea what was going on. He demanded a refund. She didn't know how to process the refund properly, so we were given cash instead.We left with our money, a terrible experience, wasted time, and felt completely ignored and disrespected.Bottom line: Don't go here. Its awful.
