Pizza Hut - Pooler

I ordered from this location as comfort food for my friend who was not feeling well. The service was very fast and the customer service, even better. The driver stayed in contact with me and the pizza was very fresh.

Ordered pizza and received confirmation at 5:40. I received a 6:20 delivery time (which I thought was super early and a little strange)! At 6:28, I received a call from an employee (not the listed number by the way) saying that they had no drivers so I could either come get it or cancel. Very disappointed. I would not even have made a review if they would have called within the 20 minutes of ordering.

I love Pizza Hut but the quality of this location pizza and bread sticks are horrible. Food was cold and breadsticks were so thin I'm completely dissatisfied.

With the ever changing amount of management and staff turnover this Pizza Hut really had fallen flat on their face. Countless times have I had orders incorrect, not hot or taste tragically different than what they're supposed to be putting out. For the potential that Pizza Hut has The product, customer service has fallen well short of expectations and will not be ordering from them In the foreseeable future.

Sorry to see such a terrible review. Especially since I just ordered their pizza it was delicious. Delivery time was not an issue but ofc it's monday, not the wknd when they're slammed. I made my own pizza thru their easy on line system and I have to admit it was delicious. I wanted several diff ingredients white garlic sauce, pork meat, black olives, red onions green peppers. Whoever made my pizza did a great job on the amount of ingredients, there wasn't too much of one item. Well proportioned ingredients the cheese stretched like we normally see in their commercials.
