The employee who assisted me seemed to be new and had some difficulty with my drink order, but he quickly sought help, and the drink turned out perfectly. The supervisor really took the time to ensure he understood how to make it correctly, which I appreciated.

Why would I pay for a donut that has lost all its icing and sprinkles? On top of that, the cooked food tastes like oven cleaner.

I understand there’s a worker shortage, but I’ve seen only two employees handling both the lobby and drive-thru at the same time. Having worked in food service, I can tell these workers are clearly overworked and stretched too thin. They should consider closing either the lobby or the drive-thru if staffing is insufficient. Additionally, this location frequently runs out of items. I’ve come several times this fall hoping to get pumpkin-flavored treats like donuts, munchkins, and muffins, but they’re always sold out. The coffee often tastes like the espresso shots have been sitting out and are not fresh. The other Pooler Dunkin’ location is much better.

Finally, I encountered employees who were friendly and honest—no more being told, "Yes, I made this grilled cheese sandwich myself," only to find out it was microwaved, not grilled. That was my last disappointing visit to Dunkin'. This time, I met Devin and Bree, two Dunkin’ employees who made me feel welcome and got my order right—a large frozen hot chocolate. They set the standard for great service. No photos this time because it just wasn’t necessary.
