I've always been treated with respect. Their fish sandwich is off the charts! Nothing else in the industry comes close. Onion rings always cooked perfect. We don't have Culver's in MD so when I visit my second residence I always stop in for a meal. Pooler is my Culver's.

There were 15 people waiting to order, and no one at the counter. The ones making ice cream desserts didn't act like they knew what to do. We waited 15 minutes... read more There were 15 people waiting to order, and no one at the counter. The ones making ice cream desserts didn't act like they knew what to do. We waited 15 minutes nothing. Left, we had 6 in our group.Additional information: we were there at 1:15 pm. People were already waiting. Some people who called ahead were given their food. No one acknowledged any of those who were waiting to order. Everyone eventually left without ordering.Love your product, very Disappointed we didn't get to enjoy it since we don't have one in Columbia!
