I needed to feed about 30 pe... read more I went into the Bojangles on HWY 80 in Pooler in a panic after my order had been canceled at another chicken place, by them not me. I needed to feed about 30 people. I spoke to 2 managers and they said they could help.They had 80 pieces of chicken with ALL the fixings ready in less than hour and a half.They saved me and by the way, it was a Saturday!!!GREAT JOB AND A HUGE THANK YOU!

I went to this place at least 3 times and doubt I'm going to go a 4th. the food itself is in order, but the service is over slow. the last visit I had ordered t... read more I went to this place at least 3 times and doubt I'm going to go a 4th. the food itself is in order, but the service is over slow. the last visit I had ordered to expect a little slower. it took 20 minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich. this place was not really busy. I had to sit and wait for a sandwich while I was the only car in the drive thru so again I expected a wait, but 20 minutes is acceptable over everything.

She recommended some delicious cookies that I really enjoyed! I would highly recommend this place; the service was outstanding, and everyone was smiling!

The staff here are always friendly, and the food from their menu is consistently fresh. Tonight, the person who prepared my order was especially warm and funny! He took a moment to share some lighthearted jokes and wished me a pleasant afternoon. Unlike many fast food places where you just receive your food and receipt without any eye contact, I truly appreciated the friendly interaction. If I knew his name, I’d definitely thank him here!

The menu offers great chicken options, and there’s plenty of convenient parking nearby. I also enjoy the coleslaw as a perfect side fixin'.
