A cafe that does it right: pleasant service, a good range of decent quality food and decent prices. This is a little gem, by the harbour, which will suit those who want something more than big chain eateries. What rwb28 doesn't like about The Fisherman Cafe:
Visited Poole for the day and happened to find this little gem. We only had the 'tiddler ' breakfast but it was really good and perfect for our appetite. The mug of tea was perfect. The place was clean and warm and the owner ? was very welcoming. Nice bit of banter with locals. Will definitely return. View all feedback.
Used to be a great cafe , not anymore ! We turned up at 11.30 am only to be greeted by a sign in the open door and staff at counter saying ‘missed you missed us ? Hello ? You was stood at the counter at 11.30 and sing on walk said open till 12.30 !? Will definitely never go again , Not the cafe that it once was …….
Fantastic breakfast with a very friendly service., and good choice of breakfast options at fair prices.
A proper breakfast in a great location. Welcoming of locals and tourists with a super menu and great taste. Always a pleasure to visit and get a warm welcome (but everyone seems to get that! The menu provides all the options you need to kick-start your day and is great value for money without the grease you find in some establishments. Sure I will be back again soon!
Had breakfast both days we were in Poole. Lovely busy cafe. Great selection for breakfast and all of it was tasty. Great tea as well. Thank you.
Great location and fantastic breakfast, nothing is too much trouble, reservations recommended at weekends from 10am, takeaway offered too. Opens at 7am Made to feel very welcome and food is fab Helen Phil 2608/23
