Creekmoor Plaice - Poole

Stopped by and ordered breaded (aka crumbed) cod and haddock. Was amazing fish and some of the best I’ve had traveling around the UK. Unfortunately the chips were a bit soggy by the time we opened the bag but I know some people like them that way.

Had a busy day and this fish and chip shop was recommended by my neighbours. Arrived before they opened. Ordered chips plenty for 2 a large cod a homemade fish cake ,curry sauce and mushy peas.All was freshly cooked. Fish was enormous so was the fishcake.I only gave 4 stars because the bag broke and everything fell out on my garden path.Luckily everything stayed in their inner wrapping. So no harm done.Would definitely go back but maybe take another bag.

This is our local chip shop, serving fish, pies, sausages, etc and chips to takeaway. Payment is cash only and the food is almost cooked to order. There is limited parking in the road outside, so if you live too far away to walk then it probably pays to telephone your order in advance, as you may have to wait a little while for your order. The food is good with plenty of chips. If you can't eat them all they can be frozen and are still very nice when reheated. We get food from here several times a year as a treat.

Food and service is great. Price is really good. Staff seem a little cold and unfriendly, maybe because they are so busy and want to crack on.
