Mcdonald’s - Pontypridd

I will always like mcdonald's quartierkäseburgerfries and a herd milkshake and super big make me hungry to just type the review. COVID restrictions on location and location, but service was fast staff great and helpful. so far all the different mcdonald’s restaurants have been quite exactly the same food consistency service is always great even if they are under pressure. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

This is one of the better McDonald's locations I've visited. The staff was clean and tidy, and the restaurant itself was well-maintained. The food was served quickly and was tasty. Overall, the service was good, especially considering the challenges posed by some unruly youths from a local club who were using profanity and making a mess. The staff handled the situation well.

The restaurant was quite busy during my visit, but it was well managed with the use of several large self-service screens. Despite the high volume of customers and the demands on the kitchen staff, the service time remained reasonable. The staff made sure to check all orders thoroughly before they were called out. There are simple table seats available outside, as well as a good amount of seating inside.

I've never been disappointed when I go to McDonald's. If my food isn't fresh, it's promptly taken care of. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.
