Jamil Indian - Pontypridd

I wownt be ordering from here again. I ordered the first time , and i could taste lentils in the chicken curry, very strong taste , but i thought they use a recipe with lentils so not too bad. ordred again and this time chicken curry with chicken peices but i can 100% taste lamb in the sauce i stopped eating lamb years ago , and i can smell and taste it

I've been a regular of Jamil restaurant since 2017. I moved to West Wales from the area in 2019. On my return to the area end of 2022 I couldn't wait to have another Jamil curry! The food was still excellent, and the owner and staff just as awesome, it was like I'd never been away! Great, friendly service, and fantastic food that's very affordable! I'd highly recommend!

Horrible food. Full of food colour. Everything tasted the same. No sauce included with the grill. Extra portion of chutney was 5 pounds. Rip off. Did I say the food was horrible?

We found this restaurant after our actual booking got cancelled by another restaurant. We are not sure earlier how it qould be but i guess we hav we made correct choice, staff were so welcoming, food was amazing, interior was good as well. I am glad that we went there.... thank you for amazing food and service.

First time visiting here 21st Feb and definitely won 't be the last. Service was fantastic, staff were very attentive, polite and friendly. Food was delicious and very good portion sizes. We were a group of 8 all together, 5 adults and 3 children out for a birthday meal. We took a birthday cake and after we had finished our meals the staff brought the cake out singing Happy Birthday Prices were good we had starters, mains and dessert bottle of wine, few pints of cider, cokes for the kids and a glass of rose cost was under £200 Thank you to all the staff we had a lovely evening.
