Good menu maybe a bit too wide with mix of traditional cuisine and international dishes. For large soup as appetizers, the nettle and goat cheese are awarded and the castle briand as the main. Beef quality was premium and perfect cooking time. An appropriate selection of wines and very good with children. Service at the table deserves a special note: attention to details and professionalism at the level of a large restaurant. Absolutely try.

What a fabulous restaurant in such a gorgeous little town. I have eaten in awesome places all over the world the experience and food of eating here were equal to anything. I loved it! From walking in the door, right through all amuse bouche's and meal, ambience of the place, everything it was a perfect night out. Food was fabulous (all courses) and I would have gone back to eat a second time for sure if I had the opportunity.

As mentioned before by other reviewers several times, the service is excellent (efficient, professional, friendly and very service oriented) and the interior design of the two rooms is cosy and helps to feel at ease immediately. The restaurant is not big, a reservation is strongly recommended. The menu is well appointed and has for every taste a good choice (meat, game, fish, vegetarian). We have tried about every dish on the card over the years and were indeed never been disappointed (which is rare). While a visitor should not expect a bargain, the quality and the preparation (inclusive the ingredients) are of high standard and well worth the price. Some of the dishes are prepared at the table try them, and in general bring a good appetite. The wine card is big enough with a good variety, particularly for the Italian wines (however enough choices from other regions as well) and the waiters are knowledgeable to help to match your chosen dish.To spend a pleasant evening after a day in the snow or hiking, a perfect place.

When we walked into the restaurant I initially thought it was seriously upmarket with beautiful table linen, glasses, candles etc. But it was actually just a very good restaurant with excellent food.Service was a little slow, but we came on Saturday night and it was very busy.We had a very romantic meal here :
