This restaurant is of the same property of the resort but it is far from the resort (200 meters) in a separate area. If you want to have a deeper experience of the tipical food of Lunigiana valley, it is perfect. All the food is coming from Lunigiana area. Service is perfect and the location is suggestive. I had antipasto and lamb for dinner. If you are looking for a cozy place for dinner with real italian taste, you have to come for lunch or dinner here! Service was fantastic. Flow in the sequence of the services. Kudos to the team!
Having a fixed menu was brilliant because you get to try different local specialities which you would not have picked yourself... staff was very good, excellent service
The ca del moro hotel is fantastic, lovely rooms, great food and service, they all speak your language, also as a great pool in the summer, if you like golf theres a 9 hole course too. this is the best in pontremoli
The hotel is very clean and the staff are polite,friendly and helpful. It was very quiet when we visited in late Sept. For us the down side would be not having the facility to make hot drinks in the room. I know this is probably a very British thing but we all like a cup of tea/coffee in the morning or evening. It would also be a good idea if gardening/mowing etc could start after 9am....after all we are on holiday. We stayed for a week with my 79 yr old Aunt as we were trying to find her mother's birth place. The hotel assisted us with our search and for that we are grateful.
