Burger King - Pontoon Beach

I ordered two of the new spicy chicken wraps, a large order of onion rings and a large Coke soda. I also ordered 16 chicken nuggets, another large order of onion rings, and a shake. However, what we received was two ranch chicken wraps with a 3-inch piece of dried, ice-cold chicken in each. The fries were also ice-cold, the 24-piece nuggets were dried up and tasted three days old, and there was no shake included. The only thing that was correct was my large Coke soda, which had no ice and tasted old. I tried calling the restaurant but got no answer. I left a message with my contact information for the district manager in the hopes of addressing this disappointing experience. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

Very unprofessional. We were in line to order and the manager came out to have the cashier sign a write up/ corrective action in front of the cusotmer. Somthing like this needs to happen in an office or behind closed doors. Its awkward for the cusotmer and can be super embarrassing for the employee. Will be contacting corporate.

28 minutes in line to order still haven’t ordered and 2 cars have been waited on. Terrible service more cars have left than have been served.

This is the best Burger King I have eaten at in years. The food was fresh and delicious.

This kid Donellius went above and beyond to make sure my order and food was correct. Very friendly and professional.
