I ordered a large corned beef sandwich with well-done fries. However, the sandwich came in a small paper tray and was stuffed into a little plastic bag, which made it quite messy. I grabbed it during lunchtime at work, and it was challenging to eat with no plastic forks provided. I had to manage a bag full of meat while trying to peel off the melted paper from the onion roll and meat. Additionally, I ordered well-done fries but received hardly cooked ones instead. For nearly $20 on a sandwich and fries, I would definitely recommend improving the takeout containers to make it easier to enjoy the meal.

It appears that following instructions is not a priority for them, or they simply disregard them and make the sandwiches however they like. The staff was rude, and I will not be returning to spend any more money here.

The money was withdrawn from my account, but the restaurant at this location was not open. I visited the location several times, with my last visit around 1 PM, and still found no one there. I live out of town and was really hoping to bring home some corned beef. I called the Pontiac/Telegraph location today around 1 PM, but there was no answer. I also called the 7 Mile location, and the manager was not available, with instructions to call back after 3 PM. Again, I checked my account, and the money has already been deducted. I am requesting a refund to my card, and I will not be returning to any of their locations. If you choose to patronize this restaurant, I strongly recommend placing orders in person instead of online, as it is not reliable. I will also be notifying the Better Business Bureau.
