Happy's Pizza - Pontiac

I appreciate that in today's busy world where everyone is short-staffed, this restaurant stays open late to cater to those who work late.

My wife loves this restaurant. The food is always hot, fresh, and looks very appetizing. Plus, the delivery is quick and the value is unbeatable. In a time where there are many options to choose from, it's nice to see a place that takes pride in their business.

First order of Happy's. Ordered bq rib tips, onion rings and Jumbo shrimps. Waited 5 min to have taken my order, her phone rings from the hook, it is Labor Day and the man was patient and friendly and got my order perfectly! I was told the delivery can be an hour and 20 minutes, but the friendly lady delivered it in 45 minutes! It was hot and ALL the food was excellent and I would definitely order again! Super service from staff! Extra impressed because it is a holiday!

Would be a zero if it was possible! The 2nd time I ordered delivery from here, both times have been terrible. Was given a delivery time of up to 70 minutes on the confirmation at 8:25 pm, I didn 't receive my food until 10:13 pm. By that time I had called twice, the first time at the hour mark for an update, and was told it was on the way and again at 9:50 pm and was told it was 10 minutes away. I spent almost $60 to receive COLD food 40 minutes later than the already long estimated time. Absolutely unacceptable and will never be ordering from here again.

The pizza at this restaurant is delicious and perfectly baked. Despite the fact that they were out of my favorite topping, Brittany and Nicole went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great dining experience. I only wish I could say the same for the Waterford location where I had ordered from an hour earlier. Thank you!
