The café offered a variety of coffees, and the staff was very patient, answering all my questions. They even included a donut with my coffee purchase, which turned out to be a better deal than just buying two coffees alone. While the products are what you would expect from a franchise, the service I received was exceptional.

This is the second local Dunkin' we've had issues with. We've been there three times this past month, and each time, my daughter received the wrong drink. We had to go back through the drive-thru every single time, which took a long while. Today was our third and final visit. They clearly gave us the wrong drink again, and when we asked for a replacement at the window, they took our drink, removed the sticker, and added vanilla. It was terrible, as we expected. Good customer service shouldn't be difficult, so I'm not sure why two locations can't get it right. We're done with Dunkin' for good.

Dunkin' Donuts offers delightful treats for the whole family and has extended hours, being open early and late, which is perfect for us.

Ask for a big cup of ice and was delivered a small cup of ice, I said the dame, I was looking for a big one she got a really bad attitude then gave me a big one when I started my quitting her charging me a dollar, so she planned to me a small cup of ice that I paid a dollar for a big one!

This morning we were there and the staff at the loudspeaker made my day. he was super friendly and had only a nice welcoming vote. I had super fast service and everyone was friendly.
