What Ashly Oberbrunner doesn't like about Arby's:
This restaurant used to struggle with long wait times during lunch hours in their drive-thru, but my recent visits have been much improved. It is evident that they have made some changes that have resulted in significantly shorter lines. During my last few visits, I was able to get in and out in approximately 5 minutes. read moreThis restaurant has made notable strides in improving its service, particularly by reducing drive-thru wait times to around five minutes. However, operational inconsistencies remain, with sporadic closures before scheduled hours and lapses in food preparation accuracy, such as allergy concerns. While many patrons rave about their culinary delights, from the delicious Wagyu Steakhouse Burger to the crispy fries, complaints about staffing and management issues persist, suggesting a need for better employee training and communication. Overall, the food quality shines, but inconsistencies in service could use refinement for an optimal dining experience.
