It was a shame that it was a great disappointment. In fact we had to stop this evening but bitterness we are coming home. we arrived at 13:00 and the lady rudely answered that the room would be ready at 16.00 at 17:00 we go to the “ reception” which looks like a glazed veranda where I think you make breakfast because at 17 there were still tables to be left, of course there was no one. Why think that in a structure should be someone to welcome you and explain where to go? then we call and we are explained where to go. we turned half an hour to figure out where the place was we recalled and told us “I can’t answer because I’m in cash.” Then we waited and after calmly called us back and also spied out of the thing. After seeing the room we ran away. sin having had the phone unloaded for not having been able to document it. However in conclusion the expectations from the photos were so much disappointment is so because we threw 160€ for a night. the project is not bad but the courtesy should be reviewed the service, the cleaning and especially if I buy a room at the alpaca country house I can not go in a village lost in the middle of the nowhere seen bins of the garbage. last thing the passage to go to the pool and to see the animals is kept badly is dirty and full of manure . for a place so it serves care and dedication if you want to accommodate people if not then it becomes a disappointing farm really

I accidentally found out the day before I got there, following a phone call made by me, just to get information about the check-in time. If I hadn't called, I would have found out only on arrival. the property is justified by saying that it had assigned the room to other guests with a longer stay. in practice sold to others what I had already bought and partially paid, adding that if I didn't care more I could have dismissed. sin that having booked from a site to which the farm leans, if I had canceled with less than a day of notice, I would have lost the advance. and then, where would I find her on August 15th a room for the next day? in return they gave me a room (I prefer not to comment on the room) at another property, always of their own property but without a real parking for the car (other fundamental condition I had requested) and to the more in the morning after we had to return to the main structure to check out. well, apart from the above scomodit and feel completely abandoned to themselves, (no one of the staff in the structure, no sheet of doors or doors I'm just saying we decided to do it elsewhere. unacceptable that an agriturismo offers you long-term milk, jams and brioches in the plastic bag, such as those you buy at the supermarket. not even someone who prepares you a cappuccino, but only a machine equipped with waffles for coffee do not be fooled by the photos you see on the site. the environments are well different from how you see in the photo. not well kept and also unclean. transparency in transmitting certain information, clarity correctness, are important, so try a minimum of disappointment when expectations fail and feel to be treated as a standard b customer, only because it is booked for one night, it is not pleasure.
