Okay. The interior of this business is very small and it was crowded/warm when we stopped on Saturday afternoon. The great A1A Sub was on soft bread that was well kept and 't fell apart. My husband thought the price tag was a bit steep as there was only a small amount of meat on his sandwich. I had the medium Dylan 's gold and it had a good taste, but through all accounts was average, especially because it had microw... View all feedback.

My sandwich was good. The price was a reasonable. The only downside was an unappealing odor inside the restaurant. I am not sure what caused the odor, but I really did not want to eat inside the restaurant. The restaurant could enhance its appearance of cleanliness by cleaning the ceiling mounted a/c vents. Love the turkey pack! Add the combo peruvian/hot sauce and you will also love it!

Yumm. Tried this place for lunch one day. Good sandwich and great prices. Great place to grab and head to the beach for a picnic!!!
The Best Wet Burrito in town. Now I have eaten at The Oar House for years and loved the wet burrito. Then the owner packed up oneday an disappeared I thought it was gone like an ex-wife should be. Now I have seen The Sandwichman Deli since it opened and thought it would never last. Well it did, so I looked it up (on urbanspoon) and found that they made a wet burrito. Now I have seen, eaten many many wet burritos all over town but none like the oar house. Now I saw it on the menu and said you have to try it. They are too close and they said it was from the original recipe of the Oar House 's. So off I went and let me tell you it is the REAL THING from the seasoned meat to the lettuce inside and the raw onions. Then you have to top it off with sour cream and the jalalpeno relish. This stuff is heavenly with a boot to your butt. Even the sauce on top taste the same. Now I 'm not sure that there is anything else on their menu maybe I 'll find out but. No, it 's like the oar house was only one thing on the menu to me. The Wet Burrito eat up folks. For I will be back soon.
The freshest shredded lettuce. You know a place is good when you see law enforcement eating there. The sandwiches are delicious very fresh bread and crisp, fresh shredded lettuce. My BLT on toasted whole wheat was perfect tasty tomatoes, crisp shredded lettuce and crisp bacon that wasn't greasy. For a small amount extra, a drink and chips are added. The chips are gourmet Maui and Tim's. The place is tiny just 16 seats. Counter service.
