Unfortunately, the money for dinner with expectations is. it was a great misery yesterday. Salads came out wrong. when it was restored, the salate was dropped to the bottom when on the table. steak was over boiled and the remake took almost 30 minutes to make. with increased trips one would expect a solid meal with solid service. Wonderful dining experience last night at Ruth Chris I made a 6pm reservation through Open Table a few days ago.
Ruth's Chris is several pretty pennies, but several pretty pennies worth it.
I like this location more so than the downtown locationIt's a different crowd and more upscale.
Since Darden took over, our favorite restaurant has completely deteriorated. There has been a noticeable change in the meat supplier, and it is clear that cost-cutting measures are being taken. Many familiar faces have left or been replaced, and the quality of the food has plummeted. It is disappointing to see a once top-notch restaurant ruined by a cheap corporation solely focused on profits. As a result, many regular customers will not be returning. No matter how much they try to cut costs, it is clear that losing customers is not worth it. Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere have all suffered since the change. Price per person for dinner is $100+.
