Papadillas are my new favorite. You might have gotten a sequence of me wrong, but they repaired it and gave me free pizza on my next order. I think they want to take care of the customers. I was happy with pickup and delivery to my orders. Papadillas are great. And wings were good. Honey Chipotle is a good taste and not sharp. I like the PVB store. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Papa John's Pizza:
I don't know how this Papa Johns, with the rude staff I've ever treated behind the counters, remains in business. The tracker said my pizza was ready and I stood there for 15 minutes while they were looking for it. Then I have to look at the one lady reprimand while the others watch? The deliveries are going over here.? No masks. No gloves. No customer service. I wouldn't go through the door again for a free pizza. View all feedback.
The woman that worked here was rude and would roll her eyes and sigh very loudly. i couldnt punch the number 9 and i asked for help and she said that it works and to just do it harder with a tone in her voice. when ordering, i asked for ranch sauce as aside and she put it into the pizza instead i also asked for a no calorie pepsi for my mom and she had given us a regular and shedidnt really bother asking for the other one because she was rude. i also asked for extra pineapple and she barely put any on.on top of that when i had asked for ranch sauce on the side and let out a big sigh and rolled her eyes. never again
Outstanding service and my walk-in orders are always correct! I love this Papa John?s. I laugh with the folks working there and get great food! What more could you want?!?!
Rude to my wife, who waited for about an hour in the store after the estimated pick-up time. Seriously, customers should not wait while delivery orders roll out of the door. She told her it was done in 5 minutes or she came up, but never came. She ended when they told her that her order didn't even begin. Avoid this place!!! No masks, no gloves, where is your Covid-19 precautions?!!!!, bad service, icing on the cake is the staff they almost held over it.
He kept me waiting for my food for over 50 minutes (1.7 hours since the order), before they decided to tell me my food wasn't even ready near....
Scaryly rude woman took my order, then when we came back to pick it up, she said there was no pizza in our name. She betrayed our name. To make it out of the pizza, it was just terrible. Will not return. Al's, we're coming home
