What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Ordered a chipotle chicken bacon flatbread and when got home it didn’t even resemble what I ordered . Covered in tomatoes and no bacon like was supposed to have. Awful. I don’t know what’s happened to their food but it’s gone down and down. So sad. Jacksonville beach panera always good. View all feedback.
Don’t come between 12:00 pm 3:00 pm if you have anywhere to be in the next hour. I sat in line for no joke a whole hour and 32 minutes.
Good food and filling. The staff was warm and welcoming from the door. Line cooks were exceptionAl especially the lady with dreads.
This is the worst location by the beach. Bad customer service all around.
I had the worst chicken Caesar salad ever it looked and tasted like it just came out of the freezer. Everything was cold and nasty and they charged me $16 for it. I would never recommend this place to anybody. It’s disgustingly awful. Rip off
Very dirt, all tables, bathroom. Disgusting to see all dirt plates. You should hire more personnel to clean.
