We have enjoyed our quick and pleasant experiences through the drive thru for years. Living in nocatee being able to take your golf cart for a quick donut run is a dream. Never had an issue with our favorites running out or too slow of a line that we go elsewhere. Orders always right. Just wish they had a payment closer to the window so I don’t have to hand my phone over for Apple Pay : Service: Take out View all feedback.
What Angel Soto doesn't like about Dunkin':
7 years ago Dunkin’ here in Nocatee, it was good. In the past two years it’s gotten really bad. The workers are nice. But the choices are limited when it comes to the time of day. Might as well close it after 5 pm if there are no donuts or sweets to order. The old days of various flavors to choose from, are gone. Service: Take out Meal type: Other View all feedback.

The donuts, coffee, and food are exactly what you'd expect from Dunkin' Donuts—delicious. However, the organization and service leave much to be desired. Whether you’re ordering in person or using the drive-thru, there’s about a 35-minute wait time. I can understand that they can get busy, but after visiting several times, I've realized that there isn't a clear priority in fulfilling orders, other than how much you seem to engage with the staff. When I place a walk-in order, I expect it to be processed in the order it was received so that I can simply pick it up. I've even started waiting 20 minutes before heading in, but it seems they prioritize whichever customers approach the counter and inquire about their orders. While the drive-thru can get really hectic in the morning, I would recommend waiting the extra 30 minutes to ensure better service rather than relying on the walk-in option for pickup.
