We paid approximately 55 Euros for two persons and this included a bottle of wine, dessert and coffee. The meat was very tasty, good quality and cooked exactly to the point we requested. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Nice location over the river... read more We had been here 17 years ago with our sons, and as we were visiting the beautiful Ponte de Lima, we decided to pay a visit again. Nice location over the river in an almost Nordic setting (lots of wood... . Friendly welcome, good menu choices and we went for the Posta à Açude and Polvo à Lagareiro . Portions are large, so take only half a portion. Delicious meat cooked to the right level, and very very tender octopus....we were both quite pleased with our choices. We finished it off with a very good leite creme . Great meal, and a good walk back to Ponte de Lima by the river (some 1.5 kms . We do not drink wine, the overall cost for this delicious meal for 2 was around 55€, quite reasonable considering the quality, the location and the atmosphere. Definitely a place to go to if you are in Ponte de Lime
