Great location. A shame that the chef tried to substitute an order of octopus for two with monkfish stew. We were perplexed by the arrival and substitution. In the end the monfish went back and the octopus arrived after the rest of us had finished half our meals. This fact really marred what was otherwise a fine evening dining experience. In Viana do Castelo we had a lovely two-course lunch at Acude Restaurant by the riverside. Despite the restaurant being very busy the food and service were excellent.
My wife and I stumbled upon this place while walking along the river. Turned out to be our best meal in Portugal. Great service, beautiful view, good wine and authentic Portuguese food.
Great food variety and quality, nice staff, great view (if you get a table near window). Great quality/price. Recomended
Um restaurante com uma vista fantástica, uma equipa muito simpática e acolhedora, inclusive um funcionário que alinhou nas nossas brincadeiras e nos brindou no final com um vale que nos arrancou uma gargalha. Comida muito boa e muito bem servida, saimos muito satisfeitos pela comida, sítio, preço e atendimento! Um sítio onde voltaremos sem dúvida alguma!
Comida de excelente qualidade. Muito bons colaboradores. Bela vista. Reuni-me vivo.
