I placed an order (via Ifood) at 6:19 pm with delivery expected in 60/70 minutes. After waiting 1:30 hours, I tried to call, but there was just a repetitive message and no one answered. I sent a message to the establishment and no response... At 8:00 pm I was forced to request cancellation, as they didn't even bother to respond to the reason for the delay.
