Very disappointed with my last visit and will not return even if I go several times a week. I went to the drive-thru. There was a line so I was stuck in the car in front of me once at the microphone. I asked him for a minute to decide between 2 sandwiches... only to be told that it wasn't possible to look at the menu at the drive-thru, they don't have time! My girlfriend and I tried to go to this place this evening. Totally terrible service. The girl said in a low voice that they close in 5 minutes while sighing. Here, I can understand, not having thought that at 8 p.m. it would be closed even for the drive-thru, but in addition, when we notice an error in the order, we report it in order to ask if it would not be possible to put extra chocolate in a mocha iced cappuccino, we only had 2 mocha iced cappuccinos to order, nothing too long. The girl's response to the car command yes sirrrr yes sirrr, in an arrogant tone while sighing.We said let it be and left.Honestly, customer service should be improved because it makes you not want to come back.

Always a mistake in the orders, judges the customers out loud, the employees shout and tell in front of the customers the hygiene mistakes they make! For real, the worst service I have seen!
Nothing ever goes right every time I go there's always a mistake never perfect it's one of the worst times ever
