I only know the restaurant which is very good with a cuisine of carefully selected local products and treated in an inventive way. It is advisable to book but is well worth the detour. Furthermore, attentive service from a very good team.

We had booked a package for dinner, breakfast and night at the hostel on Wednesday night to celebrate my husband’s birthday. the room is decorated with a lot of taste in an industrial style with views of the surrounding countryside. It was a course without fault of the most original since we did not know what we were going to taste (this is the principle chosen by the chef.) the dining room of the restaurant is cleaned, very bright thanks to the large windows that allow a panoramic view of the countryside, the inn located at the height of the village. In the summer, it must be great to take the aperitif on the large terrace just ahead. Thank you very much to the whole salimbanque team that officient in this establishment, we have a very pleasant moment and recommend to our loved ones to do this
