Le 1900 Ain - Feedback

What John Rose doesn't like about Le 1900 Ain:
I cannot express my disappointment more deeply about what has happened to this place since it changed hands. The previous owners and staff were delightful. The current ownership is surly, unsmiling, slow, inattentive. Making a booking seems a burden to them. The terrace was empty, didn't seem like a good sign. However, it was all full inside. Luckily, there was another table upstairs for us. We were a little late for lunch, which resulted in the fact that a dish was already up, but was replaced by something else.
