What Michel Valette doesn't like about Les Trois Buis:
Excellent food, really well presented but we were not made to feel at all welcome by the female (head waitress so it impacted the experience unfortunately. Tested The 3 Buis during a week lunch with the formula E/P/D at 25 € (20 € for 2 dishes). Quality cuisine with a special mention for dessert (the wonderful of Anne). However, I found the main dish a little light in terms of quantity. As for the value/price ratio, I find it high. But that remains a good table. View all feedback.
