the chef came out to see how much I loved my steak. I have to thank him personally and he told me that everything is brought from a local Alberta farmer. we talked a lot about how it is fun to live in a small town. not great. could not make a classic cocktail. 18% of our satisfaction has charged us without informing us. that is common for a large table of eating customers, with a head up. we would understand.
