Subway - Ponoka

I was very pleased with my service and eating in the subway and looking forward to eating there again on my next visit.

I ordered a sub and the girl I had was named Rebecca and she was the most unfriendly person I have seen in a long time. She did not smile and was snotty to me about what I wanted on my sub. I was not...happy with how rude she was to me, didn't give or ask me for my receipt and was just plain rude. Not only did that make me mad, I went to eat my sub and found a long black hair in my one whole half of my sandwich! So needless to say I didn't eat much of my sub! I have never had service like that at Subway. Wont be going back to Ponoka's Subway for a while anyways.....

I have to pay for the order, and because I couldn't see the drinks I missed putting them in my order. the maid was not helpful to put her in the cash. I would have had my meal as...Meal deal, but because she hadn't suggested that I might want a drink with my suppe and wrap around it, it was in two separate orders .. pay more money. also no serviettes in my to go bag.

Always stop at the subways, often they are with the veggies. her personal put on the right order without too much or too little. for a really good sandwich made

I'm going here twice a month. fast staff, friendly service, clean. new lines were painted on the parking lot this month!
