Food is adequate and what you expect from any typical Dairy Queen.

The clerk taking our order was very efficient. Only good thing to say. Kitchen kept mixing up orders we waited over 30 minutes holding our little identifying number. All staff were running about like headless chickens. We had to leave as we had tickets to the rodeo. No food. Never again at this business.

The staff was really nice and brought our food to us but the windows n walls were filthy and the food was terrible fries were hardly cooked and burgers taste like ****!!!!After we had sundaes and I had chocolate and it was aweful it was no hot fudge it was more like cheep chocolate out of a can yuckkkkk I will never eat here again worst dq I ever been too!! Maybe get some Caucasian staff in!

Will never go to the Sonoma sq again. We walk in the first thing the lady at the till says is what do u want. After each item she says now what. Then after ordering we sat and waited 24 minutes for our food. Just for it to be wrong. There were till receipts all over the front counter. Spilled pop on the floor. Lettuce and what looked to be mayo on the walls. We had to wash our own tables.. then to top it off they put our food on a dirty tray. I have never went anywhere so dirty and with such poor service
