The BBQ prepared by Twisted Tail BBQ is some of the best I have ever had. And I have eaten BBQ all over the United States! Brisket, pork, and ribs were phenomenal! No sauce needed. Highly recommend.

For the past 12 years, I have been traveling all over the US for work. Not easy, very boring, and getting too old for it. I always make it a point to find the Off the wall BBQ places from Tennessee to Phoenix, New Jersey, and yes; even Sioux Falls SD.I talk to a lot of people about the rivalry Texas vs Tennessee BBQ and both are good. But when they ask me what place is best in Texas, I always tell them Twisted Tail BBQ in Ponder Texas.Once I explain where Ponder is, they always ask me Can you send some here .Make no mistake, I love BBQ and get to taste a lot working for UPS. But none of the Major well-known places can come close to Twisted Tail in Ponder. It 's not made in mass quantities for the public... it 's made especially for the individual every single time. I can honestly say that Twisted Tail BBQ will over-shadow the legendary Ponder Steakhouse that people always talk about. Twisted Tail is still unmatched all across the US. (At least where I have been). If you 're ever in North Texas... make a stop. It 's worth the trip.

So very good! Had the brisket...didn't need a sauce, was so moist and full of flavor! You have to enjoy the pulled pork and the delicious tender ribs too! Will definitely be back!
