I Love this Places Fish Onion Rings..... I Regret they no Longer Have Seafood Gumbo, which They Had Before They Had a Sign! Sausage wasn't what I wanted. Catfish was melt in the Mouth. Atmosphere is Local Bring Back the Seafood Gumbo,Please ! Needs more Cajun Spices !! Worth a Visit Tell Them Bring Back Seafood Gumbo Drove 200 miles out of Our Way knowing They were Worth the Trip, No Seafood Gumbo!! STILL ENJOYED THE FOOD

Excellent po-boys in zero frills digs. We also loved the crawfish egg roll and the salad. The service was timely and polite, and our only complaint was how sticky the floors were. I’ve been in sheet metal shanty restaurants, so I’m fine when places are rough, but seriously clean these floors!

No one can cook a PO boy and onion rings like these people. Fast service, good food, great atmosphere!

Update June 2024 Dana at the bar is great! Relaxed, cool, accommodating. Catfish and tartar sauce is still delicious Cozy relaxed atmosphere. A Middendorfs aesthetic. Cypress trees and alligator skin on wall along with two giant snapping turtle shells. I sat myself and waitress brought menus. Friendly staff. The table was bussed promptly after each course. Fried catfish was delicious. Crispy texture! House made tartar sauce was tasty as well. Hot sauce was on table. A roll of paper towels are also on each table in place of napkins. I didn't use the restroom so I can not judge cleanliness. The rest of the restaurant was clean however. No bugs. After eating I left the tip on the table. The waitress brought me my ticket and you bring it to the register to pay at your leisure. My first experience was great. The woman owner came out, greeted us, and checked on us. I was very pleased. I had a craving for fried catfish and was not disappointed
