Previously, I had given this place a four star rating, but we went recently and were treated with great care. The owner helped us deal with a misunderstanding of our part and was warm, understanding and really went about the requirements. What User doesn't like about El Rincón Isleño:
Bad service. We ask for the waitres go to the table en she never went, and the same with the beers, we always go to the bar for beers because she never bring it. The food take time and they just bring one cup of Mayo-kepchup for a sampler. There are better places to go around it. View all feedback.

Great food large fresh juices definitely a must eat
Great food here and atmosphere. Family oriented and good service. We are from Chicago. Also the view here is very nice. Will definitely come here again
I was in the Ponce area looking for a place to get a bite to eat. Things I look for: friendly staff, clean place, good food. This place had all three. Prices are reasonable as well. I would recommend this restaurant and will return if I'm in this area again in the future.
